Product Questions

Can you customize my Packle Box? At this time, we are unable to customize Packle Box. However, stay tuned as this will be coming soon!


Do you offer Packle Box in different colors? At this time we do not. We'd like to avoid the cluster that is the enamel and steel mixing together and rather keep it simple. 


Do you do custom boxes for corporate sales? For all corporate sales, please contact us directlyinfo@packlebox.com


Is Packle Box dishwasher safe? To preserve the longevity of your box (this is getting weird), Packles are best cleaned by hand. Using only soap and some warm water, you can get things sparking clean for it's next job. If you really want to be lazy, just throw it in the top shelf of the dishwasher and you'll be good to go. However, your rubber seal will loosen over time and degrade the lid (just saying). 


Is Packle Box recyclable? You betcha. Although we don't know what horrible person would do such a thing. Just place it in the appropriate recyclable receptacle and call it a day.


Is Packle Box heat safe? We do not suggest leaving your Packle Box in heated environments. 


Is Packle Box waterproof? We do not suggest submerging your Packle Box in water or any other liquid.  The seals are not guaranteed to be waterproof.

Shipping and Logistics 

How do I qualify for free shipping? Orders over $34.99 qualify for free shipping (domestic only).


How can I change the shipping address? We process orders quickly. Please contact us within 2 (two) hours to make any changes to your order. If it is out of the 2 hour window, you might still have a prayer. Just kidding, we'll see what we can do to help. 


Do you ship internationally? At this time, Packle Box can only ship internationally to the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia.

 
How long will my order take to arrive? This will depend on your regional location, however shipments typically arrive within 7 business days of ordering (domestic).


Will I receive a notification and tracking number when my order ships? Yes. When your order has shipped, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number included withing 24-48 hours. Don't freak out if you don't see something 30 seconds after placing your order. 


My shipment arrived damaged/is defective, what do I do now?  Please contact us if you ordered your product(s) from www.packlebox.com and it arrived damaged or defective, so we can file a claim with the shipping company. If you use your product, we cannot replace it due to shipping damage. Please report within 14 days of receiving the product. DO NOT dispose of your damaged product until you receive a confirmation email that a replacement has been shipped.


My shipment has not arrived and it's been 7 days. I think it might be lost?  It stinks but these things happen. We wish we could hand deliver each and every order right to you door step, but we can't. Unfortunately, we have no control over how things are handled once they leave our facility. But not to fear, please contact us and we can help.

 

My order already shipped, but I need to cancel it. Now what?  Now what is right. If the cancel window was missed, this will be a return transaction. If you need to submit a return, please reach out to us.

Returns and Refunds etc.

Can I cancel or edit my order? We process orders quickly. Please contact us within 2 (two) hours to cancel or edit your order. If it is out of the 2 hour window, you might still be able to catch us in time before it goes out the door, although Tim in the warehouse will be pissed.

I want to return the item I purchased. If you must part ways with this steel wonder of glory, please reach out to use and we'll get you all squared away. Please allow 24-48 hours for return instructions to hit your inbox. Don't freak out...keep calm and Packle on. 

Do you offer refunds if I want to? Packle Box offers a 30-day money back guarantee. Products purchased on the Packle Box website can be returned for a full refund (minus the cost of shipping) within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, products must be in an unused condition with the original packaging intact. Refunds can take up to 2 weeks after we receive your product. Shipping charges are not refundable.
